Home Care
The Home Care system has been designed to protect and people that are living within their own homes and may need assistance at the push of a button.
The HomeCare system enables people who already have a telephone line to make emergency outgoing calls when assistance is needed via the HomeCare system. It is simple to use and can be operated by pressing the large illuminated red button on the HomeCare unit itself, giving hands-free speech and alarm call features, or by using the pendant or pull-cord when the Stepway HomeCare unit is out of reach. In either case the user is given peace of mind and reassurance that the call is being processed by both visual and audible indications.
Upon activation the HomeCare system will contact up to ten fully programmable emergency telephone numbers, automatically opening up two way speech between the designated call receiver and the person requiring help.
The personal transmitters are very powerful radio devices and have a range of 50 meters, ensuring optimum coverage internally and even externally in the Garden.
All the units will be shipped to you fully programmed with the telephone numbers of your choice, simply plug the unit into a mains socket, connect to the phone line with supplied connector and the equipment is ready for operation. All units are fully tested before delivery.
